Job Overview:

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our grounds while delivering exceptional service to our residents. 

As a Groundskeeper for our apartment complex in fast-paced communities, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping and outdoor areas of the property with a strong emphasis on accountability and legendary customer service. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for our residents.

Essential Functions (including but are not limited to):

  • Take ownership of groundskeeping tasks and ensure they are completed quickly and efficiently. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents by maintaining a clean and inviting outdoor environment. 
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and recreational areas. 
  • Remove litter, debris, pet waste, and hazardous materials from the grounds to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors. 
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address landscaping-related maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, preferably in a hotel or multifamily housing environment. 
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering legendary service to residents. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform groundskeeping tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.
