We are seeking a dedicated and accountable Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities while delivering legendary customer service to our clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. 

  

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Cleaning and Maintenance: 

  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to the established standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. 
  • Ensure all assigned areas are consistently maintained and presentable. 
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. 

2. Attention to Detail: 

  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned to perfection. 
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel for resolution. 
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. 

3. Legendary Customer Service: 

  • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, striving to exceed their expectations. 
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a proactive and accommodating attitude. 
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience. 

4. Accountability: 

  • Take ownership of your responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 
  • Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues. 
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and safety protocols. 

5. Teamwork: 

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve common goals and objectives. 
  • Assist colleagues in peak periods or as needed to maintain productivity and quality standards. 
  • Foster a positive work environment through open communication and mutual support. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role preferred. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering memorable experiences. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus. 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. 
  • Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. 
  • Work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals.
